A top-rated Western PA Campground features some of the best in campsites from primitive tent camping to RV camping for big rigs. Meadville Campground is a family campground and RV park with RV camping sites that are perfect for an overnight stay when traveling, a weekend getaway, week long family camping vacation, an extended stay, or seasonal camping for the whole summer.

This Family Campground offers wooded and more open sites for RVs of all shapes and sizes. Meadville Campground has campsites from primitive tenting sites (no hookups), to electric and water sites for tenting, or tent campers (popups), tear drops, or other small trailers. We offer RV sites for seasonal or extended stay camping by the month. Our pull-thru RV sites with 50 amp electric service and pull thru 30 amp are perfect for large RVs all full hook up campsites have fire rings, picnic tables, free Wi-Fi .

These open RV campsites are perfect for big rig motor homes or fifth wheel RVs that require extra length so they don’t have to unhook when traveling. Includes complimentary wi-fi  service. Sorry, but at this time, we do not have any patio sites.

Popup or Tent Sites Water, w/30 amp Electric

These shady sites are perfect for Trex motor homes under 28′, camper vans, A-liners, popups, or tenting. They include complimentary wi-fi service. These sites conveniently located near the bath house with free hot showers. Tents sites limited to one tent with a max of 6 people, and 2 vehicles per campsite.

Campsite Reservation & Cancellation Policy

We enforce our campsite reservation and cancellation policies regardless of circumstance. All cancellations, even those cancelled prior to the deadlines, pay a $10 fee PLUS the select your site fee if you utilized it.  Camping is an outdoor activity.  Therefore, we not responsible for weather, illness, work schedules or other situations.  

The Meadville Campground permits guests to reschedule their reservation to a later date, ONCE at no charge, provided that guests provide 7 days of notice prior to their original reservation check in date. 

Campsite Reservation Policy

RV/Tent/Water & Electric Campsite Reservation Policy: We charge a deposit to your credit card when processing your campsite reservation. Holidays require a three night minimum stay at the holiday rate, paid in full deposit at the time of reservation.  Special Events weekends require paid in full deposit at the time of the reservation.  All other reservations require one night’s deposit.  Reservations require credit cards charges applied at the time of reservation.  You’ll receive a confirmation email once you’ve completed your campsite reservation. Therefore, please check your confirmation carefully, and make any necessary corrections.

Campsite Cancellation Policy

RV/Tent/Water & Electric ALL reservations will be charged a minimum cancellation fee of $10.00 (Plus the select your site fee) if the reservation is cancelled. If the reservation is cancelled 15 days or more, prior to the reservation start date then guests will receive a full refund, minus any applicable cancellation fees and select your site fee. Cancellations ranging from 14 days to 8 days prior to the booking start date will be refunded 50% of the booking total, minus any applicable cancellation fees and select your site fee. Guests have the option to reschedule their booking one time, free of charge if the change occurs at least 8 days in advance of check in, and the rescheduled booking is for the same rate and duration. Cancellations made 7 or less days prior to the booking start date, will result in 100% forfeiture of the total reservation cost. No email cancellations will be accepted. 

Need to Cancel? If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to the deadlines listed above.  Please call 814-789-3251 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee $10 fee PLUS the select your site fee if you utilized it.  *All cancellations will incur at least a  $10 cancellation fee.  Cancellations cannot be made via email please call to cancel or reschedule your reservation.

Want to move your Campsite Reservation?  We allow a one-time rescheduling of any reservation to a later date, prior to the above listed cancellation deadline(s). Cancellations made to the updated reservation will be charged the entire booking amount.

Reservations Restrictions

We accept reservations for specific sites, but reserve the right to make substitutions if needed. Unless you use the SELECT YOUR SITE feature which is $20.00 per reservation

We do not give refunds for early departure, inclement weather, changes in plans or activities or evictions.

All discount requests, rain checks, or coupons require presentation at Check-in.  We do not offer refunds after check-in.  We only honor discounts, gift certificates, free camping coupons, or special promotions presented at check-in.  IF YOU HAVE PAID IN FULL AT THE TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION AND THEN NEED TO APPLY A DISCOUNT YOU WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Rain Checks : we do not offer rainchecks

Only one discount per customer per visit. All discounts must be accompanied by the correct credentials. (Military ID, First Responder)

Coupons are not accepted on Holiday or Special Event weekend rate nights.  

Advance Reservations for Future Camping Seasons

Reservations for next season may be made this year on that weekend, before you leave. You will be required to pay in full and your stay charges are NON-REFUNDABLE
